1. Getting Started

• To access this platform, you must log in using your WSO2.com credentials.
• If you don’t have a WSO2.com account yet, create one here.
• Our full training process is outlined at wso2.com/training.

2. Course Access

• All courses on the LMS are free of charge.
• Enrolled courses remain active for 90 days.
• After expiration, you can re-enroll anytime to continue learning.

3. Sales Enablement Courses

The Sales Enablement courses are exclusively available to employees of WSO2 Partner Organizations. These courses cannot be self-enrolled.

• Email [email protected] to request access.
• Confirm your affiliation with a WSO2 Partner Organization.
• We cannot provide access to non-partner email addresses. Requests from individuals outside partner organizations will not be accepted.
• If you or your colleagues require access to Sales Enablement material, please email us with the list of email addresses and the courses you need access to. The WSO2 Training team will grant access within 2 working days.

4. Instructor-Led Training

We offer instructor-led training sessions tailored to your team’s specific needs. These sessions cover one or more WSO2 products and are available for a fee.

• Review options at wso2.com/training/instructor-led.
• Contact us to discuss your requirements.

5. What’s Next?

• Once you complete the training, you can attempt the certification exams.
• All our certification offerings, prerequisites, and examination guidelines are mentioned here: wso2.com/training/certification.
• Special offers and certification vouchers are awarded to live training session attendees and WSO2 Partner employees, so keep an eye out for those.
